I was also certified as an ISO Internal Auditor and assisted two manufacturing businesses to achieve ISO certification. This knowledge helped me lead a team through strategic planning and implementation of procedures leading to a successful accreditation for a non-profit organization of 250 employees. This accomplishment included training 250 staff on the use of a customized computer software system and creating a written training manual.
