Hourly Rates
Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments following a minimum charge of 1 hour.
This option is typically used for businesses needing minimal assistance occasionally (i.e. needing only a few hours of assistance once or up to a few times per year).
Project Contracts
Project pricing is recommended for one-time projects such as developing a policy manual or recruitment services. The scope of the project will be discussed and a project quote will be provided by My Right Hand Virtual Assistant for approval by the client before commencing work.
Project Contracts over $400 require a minimum 25% deposit. The remainder will be billed either in increments or upon completion of the project – as determined and agreed to between My Right Hand Virtual Assistant and the client.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
My Right Hand Virtual Assistant accepts payments by cheque, cash, money order and Visa, Mastercard and American Express through paypal.
